There is so much awesomeness to see at gamescom that we couldn’t contain it in a single post, so here’s part two of our photo-based journey through the public halls of the show - be sure to check out part one of our showroom coverage as well!
Resistance 3 at the PlayStation stand would have been even better with barbed-wire, but that probably wouldn’t have been such a great idea once the crowds begin to swarm in.
A completely insane car for Gran Turismo 5 on hydraulics. Crazy stuff, right?! Sadly, I can’t drive anything other than an arcade racer but from watching a few ‘real drivers’ give the game a go it is an experience not to be missed.
The Xbox 360 stand has so much on show that you’ll need hours, if not days, to get through it all. They have some insanely wicked professional dancers showing off Dance Central 2, and then the likes of Gears of War 3 and Halo Anniversary are on display, too. Hectic!
This is the shortest queue you will ever see to play The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. It was early on day one, and we’re predicting that during the rest of the week this queue is going to wrap all the way around the Nintendo stand. If youre attending gamescom then arrive early and make this your first stop.
NCSoft has a flipping awesome Guild Wars 2 player vs player setup at their stand. Im going to try get back here as often as possible.
Well…are you l33t enough? Surely all our El33tonline gamers are.
Beyond this point serious gaming was taking place. Epic battles between veteran gamers who have invested hundreds of hours honing their skills in specific games. Kudos to these cyber athletes.
No visit to gamescom is complete without a visit to one of the many available shirt outlets. An impressive array of designs are on offer which you can further customise by adding your gamertag. Bring cash and get there early as sizes run out quickly.
Last, but certainly not least, are the stands for Gotham City: Impostors and Lord of the Rings: War in the North. These two titles are looking amazing and you’re going to be hearing about these again and again in the months to come.
Don’t forget to check out part one of our journey over here.
