A brand new trailer for Cyanide Studio’s upcoming RPG epic has been released, showcasing some of the intriguing characters, environments and story moments we may encounter as we play through Game of Thrones on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in early 2012.
Based on the immensely popular ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ series of books written by George R.R. Martin, as well as the TV show of the same name, Game of Thrones from Cyanide will offer players the chance to play as Mors, “sworn brother of the Night’s Watch,” as well as Alester, “a Red Priest in search of redemption who is back to Westeros after a long exile.”
“The Hand of King Robert Baratheon has just passed away, and these two charismatic heroes will find themselves dragged in a grand quest that will lead them through familiar and gorgeous places of Westeros, such like the Wall and its region, or the famous King?s Landing.”
Players will also meet Game of Thrones characters including Queen Cersei, Varys the Spider or Jeor Mormont, the Lord Commander of the Night?s Watch,” but not before choosing your class and becoming ready for battle (said to be “epic”).
The ability to slow down time during battle will help you analyse your enemies and the current combat situation to allow to more successfully react to danger.
