Mario Kart 7 is yet another great reason to own a 3DS this holiday season. The latest entry in this popular racing series has plenty of new tricks up its sleeve, including the ability to glide for short distances and drive underwater.
Today Nintendo debuted two new videos for the game on the Wii’s “Everyone’s Nintendo” channel in Japan. The first is a 30-second commercial while the second is a much more detailed look at the tracks, characters, power-ups and gameplay found in Mario Kart 7.
The game will be released exclusively for 3DS on December 1st in Japan, December 2nd in PAL territories and December 4th in North America.
