[Update] Added South African launch date for Pokemon Black and White. [End of Update]
The sales dominance of Nintendo?s Pokemon Black and White for DS may have come to an end in Japan, but that?s of no concern to the videogame supergiant ? the pair of adventure RPG games have been slapped with Western release dates, which means more market supremacy can be expected in the future.
All hail the Nintendo!
But before all of that business, find out when Pokemon Black and White are set for release in Europe and North America so you can schedule a bit of ?freedom time? before the next wave of the Nintendocolypse hits.
European types can expect Pokemon Black and Pokemon White to release on March 4th, while North American gamers will be able to pick up either of the games (or both!) on March 6th (as a ?traditional? Nintendo Sunday release in the region).

What can you expect from Pokemon Black and White? According to those who?ve played it, quite a bit of difference from previous iterations of the franchise, including all new Pokemon to capture and battle with, a new 2.5D look to the world, more dynamic battle systems and more streamlined ways to get around and buy items, not to mention all of the awesome-sounding new connectivity functions included with the games.
But don?t worry, Pokemon Traditionalists: You?ll still be tasked with catching ?em all.
