The next excellent digital adventure of The Batman arrives in stores in North America today and later this week around the rest of the world in the form of Batman: Arkham City.
This is just a fact that we thought would be of interest to you.
Another fact is that only the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Arkham City are making their way out into the world this week - the PC version hit a bit of snag.
Fear not, PC fans, because Warner Bros. Interactive has today announced an official release date for Batman: Arkham City on your beige gaming platform of choice, and The Dark Knight’s next epic journey from Rocksteady Studios will become available on November 18th in the UK, with a reported date of November 15th in the US.
Why was the release of Arkham City delayed on PC in the first place?
We still don’t have an official reason, but it could be to do with a failed certification process for the stringent Games For Windows platform, meaning a bit more development time, or perhaps it might be as a result of extended deals with third-party partners, such as hardware manufacturers who wish to bundle the game with their products to showcase their capabilities.
This is just pure speculation, so until we find out the real reason for the delay, why don’t you look over the latest set of screenshots and trailers for Batman: Arkham City over here, and look over El33tonline’s previous coverage of the game for a whole lot more media and information for this jaw-dropping action adventure game.
