It?s being reported that Namco Bandai?s next action game, Knights Contract, has received a release date for the regions of Europe and the UK.
In case you hadn?t heard, Knights Contract is a very intriguing singleplayer and cooperative action adventure game for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, featuring the exploits of an immortal warrior named Heinrich, and a young magic-using woman called Gretchen. Very Nordic, I’d say.
Turns out it?s a bit of a twisted tale as Gretchen was executed by Heinrich under the instructions of an evil Dr. Faust, but now the two must work together (using both Gretchen?s witchcraft and Heinrich?s massive scythe) to defend the land from supernatural foes.
According to reports, Knights Contract will launch across Europe and the UK on February 25th 2011. No North American release date has yet been announced.
